Koovo, LLC ("Koovo", "we") runs koovo.dev. This page explains what information we collect through the site, what we do with it and the choices you have. Questions go to info@koovo.dev.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, business name and whatever you write.
• What the site needs to work. Like most websites, ours keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit) and sets a few cookies it needs to function.
• Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you visit.
• We don't use advertising trackers or analytics on koovo.dev.

How we use it

• To reply to you and, if we work together, to carry out that work.
• To keep a record of our conversations and business in our own systems.
• We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Who else sees it

Our website and business records are hosted by Odoo S.A., and our email by Google Workspace; they handle information for us under their own terms. We share information with anyone else only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to reply to you and for any work that follows, and as long as tax and business record rules require.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@koovo.dev. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

koovo.dev is for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
