Discovery
A set stretch of time in the business with you and your team: how work moves, who does what, which tools you use and where the biggest pain points are. It ends with a written plan that's yours to keep, whatever you decide next.
A firm quoteYou decide
With the plan in hand, you get the final quote for the work.
The build, and after it
We design and build around how you work, starting with the pain points that matter most. Everything is tested inside your business and written down as we go.
Once things are running, we stay on: monthly bookkeeping, updates, and changes as the business grows, on a monthly retainer. You always know who to call.
